NUTRITION FOR THE SKIN
A basic understanding of how to maintain the health of the skin and body is beneficial to myself personally, well as my clients. I remind all my clients whether I’m Micro-Needling or performing a Permanent Cosmetic procedure, healthy skin, begins with a healthy diet and water intake. The adage ” you are what you eat ” still holds true. So remember proper dietary choices help to regulate hydration, oil production and overall function of the skin. In other words, eat right and drink plenty of water.
